Buyers or Sellers?
Why not be both?
Previously I typed an entry on Seller's FAQs. This time, here're some FAQs for the Buyers:
Q: Since there's more than 1 seller here, how do I know which seller to direct my questions and orders to?
A: To avoid confusion, there will be a short paragraph at the bottom of each post to direct you for further instructions. For example, if it states:
Contact xxx at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details now
the seller whom you should direct your questions and order to is xxx. However, if it states:
Contact Munying @ email@example.com OR follow the instructions on the left sidebar to place your order
it simply means that I'm (Munying) is the seller of the item.
Q: What does the page 'Others' contain?
A: Originally, the heading was 'Bags'. However, I changed it to 'Others' after some babes asked if they could sell other gals-related stuff. In the page 'Others', you can find bags, makeup items etc. In order words, non-apparels.
Q: How long does it take for my item to reach?
A: Maximum of a week unless otherwise stated. If your item does not reach within a week, email us to inform.
Q: How do I know if there's any updates?
A: Easy! Join our facebook page by click on the facebook badge above.
Q: What happens if I don't like the item?
A: You can mail back the item to us and exchange for another. However, you will have to pay for the postage and any additional amount if the alternative item is more expensive than the first. No refund will be given.
Labels: FAQTill date, I'd received questions from babes who want to sell their clothes with us. So here's a list of some of the questions you might be thinking about too:
Q: Can I sell my makeup set / accessories / hair accessories / bags with you?
A: Yes you can! Other than dresses, tops and bottoms, we welcome you to sell these items as well. However, there're certain exceptions. We do not sell lingerie or anything sex-related.
Q: Will there be people who will want to buy my items?
A: We can't guarantee if there'll be customers. However, we'll do our best in advertising our blogs on other blogshops so as to increase the flow of customers.
Q: Why should I sell my items with you?
Well, if you're thinking that you might as well be setting your own blogshop, read this first. We believe that by selling our items together, we can increase the blog's recognition level. Perhaps, you can think of it this way: The more the number of people selling their items, the more the number of visitors / potential buyers there will be to this site. You, as a seller, can spread the word of this site to your friends and families, thereby increasing the number of visitors to this site. In this way, items on this blog, including yours can be sold faster!
Q: Is there any limit as to how many items I can sell?
No there isn't. To sell, simply scroll down this page or look at the sidebar for instructions on how to sell with us. Please remember to include your contact details and we will send you a confirmation email once the items had been listed on the blog.
Q: Can I still sell with Moonie's Collection even if I have my own blogshop?
Yes you may. Many of our sellers here have their own blogshops. Selling with us gives you an added advantage over the rest due to more publicity. If you wish to, you may also give us your blog address so that we can include it at the bottom of your selling post.
Regarding the 7% fee (w.e.f. 18th May 2010):
Q: I have already emailed you my items to sell and they are already listed on your blogshop, so do I have to make any payments?
A: No you don't have to if you emailed us the items to sell before 18th May. Only babes who emailed us items to sell from 18th May onwards will have to pay the imposed fee of 7% of the total cost of items to be sold.
Q: How much time am I given to make the payment of the advertising fee?
A: You have to make the payment within 48hours of receiving the confirmation email from us. The confirmation email contains the links to where your items are placed. It also contains our bank account number to which you will transfer the 7% advertising fee to.
Q: Can I mail you the fee instead?
A: Yes you may. However, we will not be responsible for any lost mails. Email us once you have sent out your mail.
Q: What happens if I do not pay?
A: Your item(s) will be removed from the site.
Q: Can you guarantee that my item(s) can be sold?
A: No we can't. All we can do is to play our part in advertising (: We'll try our best. Promise.
